GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Our NEW "Drop-In, Drop-Out" group training sessions are designed to give you the power when it comes to when your session starts, how long you train for and above all the level of intensity" you wish to work at. 

So, if you've looking to spice up your training then look no further, because these sessions have everything you need. And you never know, you may make it onto the D.I.D.O. Board of Honours.

OPTION ONE

If you're of the opinion that there should be no rest for the wicked, then get rid of it and see how far you can get. This options is great for those looking to build up their cardiovascular and/or strength endurance.

OPTION TWO

Stop and smell the roses, or just grab some water and take a few deep breaths. This approach is great for those just getting into fitness again after some time off, or for those who like to really drive the intensity levels up during the work periods.
